COVID-19 Protocol

To all our valued clients and our community,

VS Group is deemed as a business offering essential services, so we are continuing to do so within the COVID-19 measures we have implemented to protect our staff and clients.

For this tax season, we have a protocol and options to make it easier on our clients to give us their files for their 2020 tax returns. No matter how you want to give us your files, below are the measures taken for each option.

Note that our office hours in North Bay and New Liskeard are Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm. Evening, weekend and Zoom appointments are available upon request.

Contactless Drop Off

Give us a call and let us know when and what time you will drop off your files.
Leave your files by our office door, and wewill pick them up.
We will contact you when your 2020 tax return is completed.
You can pick up your completed tax return the same way you dropped it off!

Fax

You can send us your files by fax at 705-475-0319.
We will contact you when your 2020 tax return is completed.
We can fax you your completed tax return or you can pick it up.

Curbside Pick-Up

Give us a call and let us know when and what time we can pick up your files from you at the building’s door or parking lot.
We will contact you when your 2020 tax return is completed.
We will drop off your tax return the same way we received it.

File from Home

We have processes and tools in place to help you complete your 2020 tax return digitally from A to Z. We are happy to provide support, instructions and secure digital tools, such as encrypted email transfer and secure online accounts.

In-person Appointments

While we encourage our clients to use our contactless options above, we understand some circumstances require in-person appointments. We are committed to following all the recommended safety measures to prioritize the protection of our staff, clients and community.
